We always highly recommend adding a reusable icepack to your chocolate bar order; especially during the warmer months and/or if you live in a rural or remote area.
If you opt not to include an ice pack with your order, your chocolates will be shipped at your own risk. In the event they arrive melted or damaged, Coco & Bean is unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or refund if you have chosen not to add an icepack to your order.
