At Coco & Bean, we offer a Click & Collect service which allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from one of our two locations.

To place a Click & Collect order, simply select "Store Pick Up" at checkout.

Most Click & Collect orders placed before 12pm will be ready to pickup within 2 hours.

Click & Collect orders placed after 12pm or outside of business hours will be ready for collection the following business day.

Please note that you will receive a text notification from Coco & Bean confirming when your order is ready for collection.

We kindly ask that you wait to receive this sms before visiting to avoid disappointment.

We have two locations you can select at the checkout to pick up from - Austral or Bellevue Hill.

Unfortunately, if you are unable to pick up your Click and Collect order, our Customer Care Team will need to proceed with a cancellation and refund within 24 hours.

Please reply to your email confirmation as soon as possible if you no longer can collect your order.

Note that Click & Collect orders will be kept for a maximum of 7 days from the date your order was placed.

After 7 days, your order will be disposed of due to their perishable nature; and no refund will be issued.

If you would still like to receive your order but would prefer they were shipped, we kindly ask that you place a new order with “shipping” as your preferred dispatch method.
