Introducing our Pistachio Raspberry Cannoli Bar-

A white Callebaut Belgian chocolate top, flecked with freeze dried raspberries, paired with a dark Callebaut Belgian chocolate base studded with crispy cannoli pieces.

Oozing with smooth and salty Pistachio paste and our homemade raspberry jam for that extra sweet but tart flavour. Crunch Belgian Chocolate Bar, inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar from The Fix, Dubai. So we decided that since we are a good 14 hour plane ride away, our only option was to recreate it – and let me tell you it really is seriously delicious!

Sweet, salty, tart and, crunchy! Oozing with Italian made pistachio butter, homemade raspberry jam and premium Callebaut Belgian chocolate; each bar is carefully hand tempered in small batches to create the ultimate chocolate indulgence.
