We wanted to create something extra special for our beautiful Bondi - bright, fun, and bursting with flavour. A chocolate bar that celebrates summer, tropical indulgence, and local love. Inspired by the beautiful town of Bondi, and our favourite summer dessert, Pavlova.
Creamy white Belgian chocolate front flavoured with tropical freeze-dried mango, filled with our housemade raspberry marshmallow, strawberry jelly, and passionfruit ganache. Finished with white Belgian chocolate back flavoured with real freeze-dried raspberry, then studded with freshly baked shortbread chunks; a bright, tropical, and indulgent treat, just like Bondi herself.
