HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?
All our sweets gifts are baked fresh to order and shipped from our Coco & Bean Kitchen in Austral, NSW, Australia via Courier or Express Post. As a guideline, it generally takes 1 – 5 days for your gift to arrive.
We ship our delicious goodies Monday to Thursday to avoid your sweet gifts sitting in a warm warehouse across the weekend. Sometimes we may need to hold an order due to a holiday weekend or extreme weather, in which case we will notify you.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please note that packages shipped to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Christmas Island or remote rural areas can sometimes take 6-12 business days.
CAN I CHOOSE A PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE?
Yes. You can choose a ‘preferred’ delivery date in the comments section of the checkout. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we will make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive on or before the date requested.
CAN I SHIP GIFTS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Yes, and we make it easy for you!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of our sweets we only offer Australia wide delivery at this stage.
HOW LONG WILL MY SWEETS STAY FRESH?
Our sweets are best kept in the refrigerator and are all individually dated with there best before dates. Please keep in mind that all of our handcrafted sweets are 100% natural and free of preservatives; so eating them ASAP is ideal. Enjoy!
WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?
Unfortunately, at this time we don’t offer a nut-free option because we bake in a kitchen that uses nuts.
We do offer gluten-free brownies, biscotti and french macarons, however, please note our kitchen is not an exclusive gluten-free kitchen.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great. Due to laws regarding perishable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baked goods.
If however, you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date, let us know and we will make it right!
