Due to impacted delivery delays caused by Covid-19 please allow an extra 1-2 days for your gift box to arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND COMMONS QUESTIONS:

 

1. We deliver our gifts throughout AUSTRALIA with Express Australia Post
2. We also provide a local door to door delivery within a 20km area of Austral, NSW 2179 from Monday to Friday’s
3. We do not deliver on Saturaday’s and Sunday’s
4. We send our gifts with Express Australia Post from Monday to Friday
5. During the warmer months we do not send out gifts on Friday’s to avoid your gifts sitting in a warehouse over the weekend
6. We do not and cannot guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen courier delays which are beyond our control.

DELIVERY TIME & FEES.

Flat Rate Express Australia Post Shipping: $9.95 per address

Next Business Day Delivery to: Sydney Metro, Melb, Bris, Canb, Perth, NSW cities.

1-3 Business Day Delivery to: WA, Darwin, & outside major cities.

 

 

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that same day with an eta for delivery next business day.

We freshly bake and ship our gift boxes Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Christmas Island or remote rural areas may sometimes take 1-3 business days.

During the warmer season to avoid your sweet gifts sitting in a warm warehouse across the weekend.

Sometimes we may need to hold a order back due to holiday long weekend, or extreme weather, in which case we will notify you.

Large volume orders and peak periods may take longer, in which case we will notify you.

 

 

CAN YOU CHOOSE A PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE?

Yes. You can choose a ‘preferred’ delivery date in the comments section of the checkout.

Please note that we can not guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we will make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive on or before the date requested

With current delays due to Covid-19 we may ship your gift one or two day’s early in an effort to avoid delays with delivery.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN’T HOME?

We highly recommend delivering to a business address or residential address where you know someone will be there to accept the delivery.

If no-one is home the gift will be taken to the nearest post office and a calling card left at the premises.

 

 

WHAT HAPPEN’S IF I PROVIDE THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you provide the wrong address and have just placed your order email us ASAP at orders@cocoandbean.com.au and we will endevour to fix it prior to shipping.

Unfortunatley, if you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If your gift is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery details a additional redelivery & admin fee of $19.95 will apply to redeliver your gift box.

Please triple check your shipping details when placing an order, including business names, tower numbers and hospital wards. We hate to see returns as you do.

 

 

CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY TIME?

No unfortunatley due to the large volume orders being shipped and couriers delivery schedules changing daily, this is not a option.

 

 

CAN I SEND A GIFT BOX OVERSEAS? 

No sorry, due to the delicate nature of our sweets we only offer Australia wide delivery at this stage.
